Redway Community Services District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
In Person Payments
Come to our office and make a payment in person. We gladly accept payments between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Thursday. Cash, Check, Credit Cards and Money Orders accepted.
Online Bill Pay
In our efforts to better serve you, we accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card online or over the phone. (Please note a 2.25% service fee for all credit or debit card transactions.) To pay your bill online you will need to know your account number and the current amount due. For more information, click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button, located above or at the bottom of this page. To pay your bill over the phone, please call our office (707) 923-3101 Opt.3, 11-4pm Tuesday through Thursday, Opt.2 to reach the 24/7 ALL PAID operator. To use the 24/7 feature you will need the PLC number identifying our District a004ye. This service has an additional fee of $2.25. Any online payment made after 6:00 p.m. will not be reflected as paid until the following day. The due date for payment is the 25th of each month.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Please write your account number on the memo line.
Payment Drop-off Locations
You may pay your bill in person at our office address, use the mail slot to the right of the door, use the stand alone mailbox outside our door or use our convenient drop box at Redway Shop Smart just inside the door to the right. We accept cash, check, or money orders, please attach your payment coupon with all payments.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
